Worked on development and financing projects in the oil and gas industry, including chartering of vessels/FPSO/FSO and EPC/EPIC contracts.
Represented clients in disputes at the Vietnam International Arbitration Center (VIAC) and international institutions such as THAC, SIAC, ICC, LCIA, GATT, and NUTS
Appointed as a member of the Scientific Advisory Council at VIAC, participating in training, research, and drafting of VIAC rules.
Appointed as Deputy Director of the Vietnam Mediation Center (VMC).
Became an arbitrator at VIAC and was elected as the Chair of the Committee of the prospective CIArb Branch in Vietnam.
Co-founder and Managing Director of the Vietnam Institute for International Arbitration (VIArb), the first independent organization providing arbitration and ADR training in Vietnam.
Certified as the first mediator and Vietnamese fellow member by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).
